MAYOTTE D’HAENE AND ASSOCIATES
Architect Bernard J.Mayotte and Wesley Webb open the office of Mayotte Webb
Architects in East Lansing, Michigan. The firm would be known as Mayotte,
Crouse and D’Haene Architects and then Mayotte D’Haene Associated Architects
over subsequent years.
WARREN HOLMES-KENNETH BLACK COMPANY
The Warren Holmes and Kenneth Black Architectural firms merge to become the
Warren Holmes-Kenneth Black Company. The new firm is located in Lansing,
Michigan.
MBDS Architects
Mayotte, D’Haene and Associates merge with the Warren Holmes-Kenneth Black
Company to form MBDS Architects. The principals of the new firm are, Bernard
Mayotte, Delphin “Bud” Budzenski, Nobin D’Haene and Richard Stuckman. The
new firm is located in East Lansing, Michigan until 1988 when it moves to
Delta Township, West of Lansing.

MBDS Architects becomes MayotteJacob Architects. The current principles of
the firm are Michael Mayotte, son of Bernard Mayotte and Paul Jacob.

Desiring to return to the firm’s roots and historical identity the firm’s
name was changed to MAYOTTEgroup Architects.
