This project included new construction designed to support the daily operations and community presence of Forest Area Federal Credit Union in Cadillac, MI. The branch was planned to honor the organization’s legacy while providing a modern, welcoming environment for members and staff. Key features include:

• Private offices for staff, alongside self-service “Evergreen” offices that allow members to conduct private banking independently with comfort and ease.

• Large, open banking lobby featuring on-brand finishes and design elements, creating a cohesive and professional member experience.

• Spacious waiting area with nearby coffee bar, offering a comfortable environment for members.

• Employee breakroom designed for collaboration and respite.

• Secure storage room to support operational needs and ensure confidentiality.

Interior finishes and furniture selections reflect the credit union’s brand and community-focused values, providing a professional yet inviting environment. The design emphasizes flexibility, operational efficiency, and a strong connection to the Cadillac community.
